Zalti is 100% Targhee wool (NOT superwash!). This is a 100% raised and made in the U.S. product!

Zalti is usually 210g / approximately 600 yards per skein (yardages vary for these kits, as noted above), Gauge: 14 to 18 stitches over 4 inches (on US 6 - 9 needles). Three-ply.

This yarn is has a wonderful hand with a definite "wooly" feel (may not be next-to-skin soft for those very sensitive to wool). It's fantastic for sweaters, cowls, scarves, hats and mittens and works wonderfully in garter, stockinette, cables and other stitchwork.
