For in-stock merchandise, we work to ship out all orders placed before 2:00 pm EST on the same business day they are placed whenever possible (orders placed over the weekend are shipped the next business day). At some points in the year, shipping may be delayed if we are away at a festival or other event. If there will be a shipping delay beyond 1-3 business days after your order has been placed, we will email and let you know.
The exception to the above are orders placed during sales and for dyed-to-order listings:
Because of the volume of orders we get when we have sales, specials, or fundraisers, shipping typically occurs over the course of several days or a week. Therefore, orders placed may ship anywhere from 5 to 7 business days after being placed. We work hard to get all orders shipped out as quickly as possible; please send us an email if you ever have a question about the status of your order.
For dyed-to-order special orders, we typically ship two to three weeks after the order is placed. The production and shipping timeframe will be posted on the Dyed-to-order page.
Free shipping is provided on all U.S. orders of $175.00 or more! If the items in your order which qualify for 'Free Shipping' total $175 or more, your order ships FREE! (International orders $175.00 or more receive a credit for free U.S. shipping, and are invoiced the balance due). Please note that this website is set up with "live" shipping rates, so when you check out you'll see shipping options. Choose "free shipping" when your U.S. order is over $175.00 for this to be applied.
Please note that sale items do not qualify for free shipping.All orders are shipped via USPS.
While we cannot offer free international shipping, international orders above the $175.00 minimum for free US shipping will receive a credit for shipping equivalent to what the shipping charge would be in the US. Because this site is set up with "live" shipping rates, we'll send you a partial refund for the shipping charged, equivalent to what US shipping would cost.
Please note, all international customers are responsible for their Country's VAT, customs fees and / or duties, which are assessed by their Country. Spirit Trail Fiberworks is not responsible for these fees. Required customs forms for all international orders are completed in accordance with International law and will accurately reflect order value and contents. We cannot reduce the value of a package to reduce customs fees, nor can we mark packages as "gifts" to reduce fees. Thank you for your understanding.
